Apex Moving charges a 1 hour travel time with a 2 -3 hour minimum, depending on your location and type of move. This means there is a 30 minutes charge to and from the site, and once on site we charge by the hour until the move is complete or when the client says it is.
How it works:
Two Movers $100/hour > $100 + $200 = $300
Three Movers $135/hour > $100 + $270 = $370
Four Movers $170/hour > $100 + $340 = $440

While not being necessary to proceed with your move, the site visit is very important ensure the safety of your house, your possessions, and the efficiency of the move.

No, there are no additional charges or hidden fees to our pay rate what so ever! Which means such services like packing or unpacking or maybe even disassembling and reassembling your furniture wont give you any hidden charges when the move is complete.

However, shortly after you have scheduled in your move date with us either online or over the phone, you will be contacted to schedule a site visit where you will be given an even better estimate, what to expect, and some helpful tips to help prepare for your move.
